In a stunning upset at ESL One Birmingham, Team Falcons swooped in and seized the championship trophy from the upper-bracket favourites, BetBoom Team.

Despite playing four games in the bracket stage compared to BetBoom’s one, the Falcons dominated with a clean 3–0 sweep.

Coach Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling attributed the victory to widespread underperformance among their opponents.

The Falcons, a newcomer to the Dota 2 scene, made a resounding entrance last November by signing experienced players alongside 19-year-old prodigy Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak.

With their victory, they sent a clear message: they are a force to be reckoned with.
