The team were able to expertly tackle and lay waste to ENCE with a 2-0 sweep during their second match.<\/p>\n<p>The victory places Heroic on par with other Group C teams who have only three matches left to find out who will advance to the playoffs.<\/p>\n<p>In their game against ENCE, Heroic recorded 16-13 and 16-10 wins on both maps, Ancient and Vertigo, respectively. Ren\u00e9 &#8220;\u2060TeSeS\u2060&#8221; Madsen was the top player with 50 kills as well as an average rating of 1.44 at the end of the series. Fellow Danish player on ENCE, Valdemar &#8220;\u2060valde\u2060&#8221; Bj\u00f8rn Vangs\u00e5, recorded a much lower rating of 0.80 after being unable to repeat his performance from the previous outing.<\/p>\n<p>Heroic previously picked Dusk2 when playing against MOUZ, and as a result of how that ended, the team decided to pick a map based on ENCE\u2019s weaknesses and landed on Ancient.<\/p>\n<p>ENCE player Marco &#8220;\u2060Snappi\u2060&#8221; Pfeiffer started the map with a triple kill during the pistol round. However, the team did not build up a sizable lead.<\/p>\n<p>The first gun round of the map was won by Heroic and pushed the Danish team to a 6-2 lead in no time. The squad went on to win two more rounds. TeSeS\u2019s 1v2 clutch was one of them, and the first half ended with Heroic in the lead with just a round.<\/p>\n<p>ENCE pushed themselves up to 10-8 quickly after the team won the Terrorist side pistol. Both teams were soon engaged in a fight using their popular aggressive pushes, but ENCE remained in the lead during the brawls.<\/p>\n<p>Heroic and ENCE soon tied at 12-12, with both teams on the verge of reaching their breaking point. The Danish team eventually reached the match point after an intense round on B, which involved a 2v3 retake.<\/p>\n<p>Vertigo gave Heroic an easier time, as the team seemed to pick up from where they left off on the previous map. They reached 7-0 quickly after converting a win in the pistol round to a dominant CT side.<\/p>\n<p>Heroic carried on and won the next few rounds and earned an 11-1 score, aided by their stifling A ramp holds. ENCE recorded two more rounds before the end of the map\u2019s half and moved the score to 12-3.<\/p>\n<p>The second half of Vertigo saw ENCE in better form after they got a good start on the team\u2019s CT side. They won the pistol and reduced the gap to five rounds.
