?TYLOO enter the Asia-Pacific Major qualifiers as one of the favourites to make it out alive. In contrast, IHC Esports are complete outsiders who need to pull a rabbit out of the hat to finish anywhere near the top two. However, while IHC are objectively weaker than TYLOO, the Mongolian squad performed reasonably well against Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand and co. in their last two meetings.
IHC and TYLOO met at the end of March, when TYLOO won 2-1, with 16-8 on Dust II, 9-16 on Mirage, and 16-8 on Inferno. Their second meeting, which happened at the start of April, also belonged to TYLOO, but they needed overtime on Inferno (19-15) to walk away unharmed.
Considering their past results, TYLOO should win, but they’re not a good bet at -357.14, and we wouldn’t back them to cover the map handicap (+110) either. As weak as IHC Esports may seem, they can be a threat, and it wouldn’t be too shocking to see them steal one map.

?In this regional derby, Renegades will look to prove once more that they’re the strongest team from Australia as they take on crowd-favourites LookingForOrg in their first meeting of 2022. Renegades and L4Org last clashed during Intel Extreme Masters XVI Fall Oceania in October, when Renegades won with 2-1 and 3-0 to claim the trophy.
A lot has changed since then, and even though Renegades have retained the tag as Australia’s top CS:GO esports team, we have to show some respect for Ben and the boys. LookingForOrg gained international recognition at ESL Pro League Season 15 last month, where they proved to the world that they could compete against some of the world’s top teams.
At that tournament, they notably took a map away from Fnatic (1-2) and semi-finalists Ninjas in Pyjamas (1-2). And even though those minor achievements don’t mean much, L4Org have gained valuable experience playing in Europe, unlike Renegades, who last played in Europe during IEM Katowice in February but have since appeared in only seven domestic matches.
Talent-wise, Renegades are much stronger, but even though we expect them to win, we would trust LookingForOrg to at least steal one map.
